We offer two processing options:
- Standard Delivery: This is the default option, with a processing period of approximately 30 days. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
- Express Delivery: This is an upgrade option, which incurs additional charges. The processing period for Express Delivery is around 15 days, but again, we cannot promise a precise delivery date.

When placing an order on the website, you need to pay a deposit of RM100. The remaining balance should be paid after the design is completed (before printing).
在网站下单时，先支付RM100定金，剩余的等到设计完成后（送印前）付清。
The package price includes some styles of envelopes and stickers. You can choose from these styles without additional charges or opt for upgraded styles. The prices for upgraded styles are indicated in the order form.
Other additional charges:
- Redesign: After the first draft, if you exceed the 2 free revisions, there will be a RM30 modification fee. If you want to redo the design, the charge is RM60.
- Gold Foiling: RM170 for 100 pcs or fewer; RM1.50 per card for more than 100 pcs.
此配套价钱已经包括一些款式的信封和贴纸，您可以在此范围内选择不需额外加钱的款式，也可以选择其他升级款式，升级款的价钱都有注明在下单表中。
其他额外费用情况：
- 重新设计：初稿完成后，如果您使用超过2次免费修改的额度，就会产生RM30的修改费用。如果您重做一版设计，则收费RM60。
- 烫金：100张及以下收费RM170；超过100张每张收费RM1.50。
