Yes, we can provide a soft copy of your wedding invitation in popular formats like PNG, PDF, and even PSD (flattened). Please note that our PDF and PSD files are provided in a flattened format to protect our intellectual property.

If you request additional prints before the invitations are sent for printing (during the design review phase), we will modify the original order to reflect the correct quantity and amount. However, if the request for additional prints is made after the invitations have been sent for printing, a new order will need to be created. The waiting period for this new order will vary depending on how long after the original order the request is made, and will be determined by the processing option chosen at the time of creating the new order.

At Xamiya Wedding, our policy is to not process or customize semi-finished wedding invitations, such as ones with only an outer case or blank inner cards, or any invitations of special shapes provided by banquet halls or other venues. We specialize in creating wedding invitations from scratch to ensure the highest quality and cohesive design, which we cannot guarantee with semi-finished products.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any printing or customization services for envelopes. Our focus is solely on designing and producing high-quality wedding invitations, and we do not handle envelope processing.
