We offer two processing options:
- Standard Delivery: This is the default option, with a processing period of approximately 30 days. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
- Express Delivery: This is an upgrade option, which incurs additional charges. The processing period for Express Delivery is around 15 days, but again, we cannot promise a precise delivery date.

When placing an order on the website, you need to pay a deposit of RM100. The remaining balance should be paid after the design is completed (before printing).
在网站下单时，先支付RM100定金，剩余的等到设计完成后（送印前）付清。
This package price includes envelopes, stickers, and design. There are no additional charges unless you choose to expedite the delivery to approximately 15 days (the standard delivery time is around 30 days).
Other additional charges:
- Redesign: After the first draft, if you exceed the 2 free revisions, there will be a RM30 modification fee. If you want to redo the design, the charge is RM60.
此配套价钱已经包括信封、贴纸和设计，除非您加速到15天（左右）收到（若不加速，默认是30天左右），否则无额外收费。
其他额外费用情况：
- 重新设计：初稿完成后，如果您使用超过2次免费修改的额度，就会产生RM30的修改费用。如果您重做一版设计，则收费RM60。
